Greenway Residential Development, LLC was formed in 2009 to fulfill its founder’s vision of developing, constructing, and operating affordable housing communities in the Atlantic Seaboard and the Southeastern United States. The company was formed by the principals of Greenway Development Company, LLC, WXZ Development, Inc., and WXZ Construction, LLC. The leadership of GRD provides a uniquely comprehensive depth of experience in the development, construction, and delivery of affordable single-family, multi-family and senior housing communities.
